Tea it was, he'd make mental note of that.

As her arm laced his he felt his heart quiver and he did his best to hold it together. He swore a shiver ran down his spine but he didn't want to act a foal in front of such a lovely mare. "Of course." was all he could say with a smile as he gently pressed forward, leading the pair of them towards the back staff room.

It was a moderately sized room, enough for a small hoof-full of ponies, if he counted himself that was. He had decorated it to be welcoming, soft but as luxurious as he could afford. A few decorative bows much like the ones on his saddle were strategically placed atop a book shelf filled with various work related articles as well as some decorative pieces for each Holiday.  On the left wall was a TV, on but volume low so that it created a soft but not distracting hum and next to it a door obviously for toiletries. At the back of the room was a small kitchen counter with a sink and cupboards. A coffee pot just freshly brewed sat on a counter and next to it was an electric kettle with tea ready to be served. Several cups were stacked neatly along with a bowl of sugar cubes and a fridge to the right of the sink that held milk, cream and various snacks for lunch breaks.

There was a small cot to the right hand side if anyone needed to lie down and next too it was a small cabinet filled with various first aid kits. Next to that was a door, but it was closed shut with a sign that read Private.

In the middle were two couches facing opposite each other with a small coffee table in between that had a small lamp, magazines, books and regular notepads with a container of pens/pencils. A few coasters were strewn about, again in various shapes for all holidays, no two the same. It looked well stocked for a store that had, so far, only Parcel working at it. One could see the gentle thought put in for hopeful new hires to help him out.

"Please, sit wherever you feel comfortable. How would you care for your tea M'Lady?"

As he walked her to the back room, Melting Moment was worried that she was about to spontaneously combust. Was it hot in here or was it just her? Could he tell that she was sweating? She took a deep breath and distracted herself by looking around. It was all very cozy and even though he'd only recently moved in the room had his own distinct flavour.

He was well stocked for an eventuality and she admired how organized and prepared he was. It was just another quality to add to his long list of good traits. Did a more perfect stallion exist in Phonyland?

"Thank you," she said as he told her to get comfortable, regretfully sliding her arm away from his and approaching one of the couches. "Milk and tea sugars, if you please. Oh this space is just darling! I'm very impressed." Even the couch was comfortable as she perched daintily at the edge and watched him.

"You've really made it your own."
