Phonies and People alike may pick up a pet of your very ownsome, a perfect companion to fill your days with poop and joy!

Phonyland is not just filled with Phonies, Phonyland is also filled with cute and cuddly* critters that will give your little Phonies love and affection - and you love and affection also, if you'd like! Let's not think too hard about this. Phony Pets! Pets are often distributed during official events with great enthusiasm, and sometimes new species are unveiled with great fanfare amongst the festivities - so do keep an eye out if you or your Phony might like a new friend! Pet breedings are also sometimes offered during events, so do look out for that if you'd like new little mixes from your old friend!

But sometimes you might have something more specific in mind (within the available species templates), or would like a breeding out of season, and we can understand that. This is where the Phonyland Petshop comes in. Let's also not think too hard about that. Custom pets are rare, but occasionally possible through Bux offers, Phony Points, and especially RL$. See details below...

. ABOUT PETS .
❥ Any Phony or person may own a pet - this includes Babbies and people without Phonies. Pets with Phony-owners will be certed under their Phony-owner's name and pets without will be certed under the owner's username. Pets certed under owner usernames can be recerted to a Phony-owner in the future if desired.
❥ Sex and name are to be decided by the owner where applicable - there are no naming restrictions for pets, so anything from My Little Pony-style names to human names to usual-pet-names are all allowed within reason - and cert size. It's a pretty small cert!
❥ Pets are fully RPable - they may not speak human (or Phony…) language, but may possess cartoon-animal levels of intelligence and undertake a variety of cartoon-animal activities
❥ Yes, pets can breed within their species. Pet breedings may be obtained through events, and possibly through Bux offers, Phony Points, and RL$.
❥ No, most of these animals do not appear as such in the cartoon, Jun desperately made them up.
❥ Any one Phony or person can own as many pets as they'd like, but typically only two pets may be kept per event unless specified!

. CUSTOMS .

:: Please Note
❥ As pets are quite abundant during events (and sometimes want for homes u_u), pet customs are quite rare, and depend entirely on Maxx's time, interest in the request, and amount of the offer (except in guaranteed situations, such as the redemption of Phony Points)!
❥ While minor edits may be possible, please keep requests reasonable to the template! If your request looks fundamentally unlike the template (e.g. a different dog breed to what is available), or requires significant/a considerable number of edits, it cannot be entertained.
❥ Unedited customs are much more likely to be accepted than edited, again, subject to Maxx's time, interest in the request, and amount of the offer
❥ We may have to refuse certain concepts (e.g. cosplay pets) that we might use in the future, or revisit the concept in a slightly different way. Thank you for your understanding!
❥ Patterns and colours may be grossly simplified, just like for Phony quests.

❥ The Phonyland Petshop Customs have no fixed price (other than Points redemption) and runs by offers! RL$ requests will take precedence.

. BREEDINGS .

:: Please Note
❥ All pets may breed within their species (and only within their species) unless otherwise specified
❥ Unfortunately, unlike Phonies, pets must be of opposite sexes to breed:
- Jellies have no discernible sexes, so any two jellies may breed
- All chicken are currently hens only, so a single chicken may be submitted for breeding with a mystery rooster
❥ All pet breedings result in three offspring
- If the parents are two different types (e.g. original and cube jelly), the type of each offspring will be randomised between the two
- There are no restrictions on how many offspring one owner may keep from the breeding, but we encourage you to spread the joy!
❥ Edited pets may breed, but there is no guarantee that their edits will pass on, in whole, or in parts
