Brief Character Description: She actually lives in the "Mountains" region and climbs down the path once a month to sell things like trappings, carved bone ornaments, wooden carvings, and rare plants in Phony City.  She's a constant traveler and for the right fee, she'll guide people up the mountains to the very tops.  She likes the cold and the mountain dwelling animals.  She rarely flies, only using her wings to get down quickly if there's an emergency or someone needs rescuing.  She's saved many people from avalanches and rock slides.

Brief Character Description: Usually given the most boring jobs possible.  Standing at public parks, patrolling a library in the safest part of town.  The force doesn't even think he'd be fit for actual cop work, but he was apparently made for the job.  There's probably some kind of nepotism that even landed him this job, but it wasn't enough to get him all that great of a position.
