Their suspicious yellow hoof shoves a xeroxed bracket sheet at you.

Seems legitimately shady enough.

So yeah, all you have to do is decide how many PhBux you want to give (1 PhBux+) towards your entrance fee and fill in that tournament bracket sheet as a fun, communal activity and not at all like betti - gambl - improbable money rackets!

The mysterious yellow-hooved Phony in a dark fedora and trenchcoat is currently nowhere to be seen, and you worry for your...ticketing fee...but then another mysterious Phony in a dark fedora and trenchcoat with a grey hoof seems to be redistributing PhBux very reluctantly, seeming to hesitate as they do, almost like they want to snatch it back out of your hands. The PhonyBux pool seems to have increased to 250PhBux all together! It's probably all the NPC Phonies watching, as opposed to compensation for illegal practices or anything like that.
