Late Bloom

Personality:
Bloom is a little clumsy, a little slow, and more than a little shy! A sweet little thing, Bloom is always ready to help anyone out, even though he sometimes makes it worse. His shyness makes it hard for him to reach out to others, but if someone has helped him out or called him a friend, he'll be ready to move mountains and swim oceans for the Phony!
